Sagelife Laboratories, a premier healthcare facility located at 15a Oduduwa Crescent, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking dedicated male Patient Handlers/Healthcare Assistants to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Patient Handler/Healthcare Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient comfort and operational efficiency. Your primary duties include:

  • Safely assisting with the movement and transfer of immobile patients to and from radiology modalities.
  • Requisitioning consumables and non-consumables required for radiology procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support healthcare delivery.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and operational flow.

Your efforts will directly impact patient well-being and the smooth functioning of our radiology services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
  • A valid Healthcare Assistant Certificate.
  • A Basic Life Saving Certificate to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in patient handling or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Sagelife Laboratories offers a competitive take-home salary of ₦125,000 per month, plus lunch provided during shifts. The position operates on a two-shift system, offering flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
