Lifted Horizon Nigeria Limited, in partnership with a U.K. client, is hiring a Sales Manager/Sales Director in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of N500,000–N900,000 monthly.
JOB OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, lead a dynamic sales team, and establish scalable sales processes in a high-growth startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves developing strategic sales plans, coaching a team of 10–20 representatives, and exceeding sales targets. You’ll identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing for lead generation. Monitoring competitors, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction are critical tasks, alongside other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), with 8–10 years of sales management experience. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software is essential, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You must thrive under pressure, with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
